day 1. no exercise due to hangover. Decided to go with the low carb atkin style diet. I ended up eating 70 carbs today, 50 more than allowed. Funny if i hadnt recored what i ate i would have thought i did eat about 20.

Welcome! You're on the path to lowere weight - I'm living proof. Try to get a copy of Dr. Atkins book - I keep seeing it at tag sales myself. (I already have a copy and it will guide you the right way and inspire you)... The lower the carbs - like induction the quicker the weight loss - good luck! :)

It is funny, how quickly it adds up!! You'll learn. I agree with Glenn - buy the book and read it. It really helps!
