Somehow or other I got some cross-contamination from gluten and have been terribly ill. When that happens my body bloats so I have extra water onboard so my weekly weigh in is going to have to wait. I won't record what the scale said, but going up 7 lbs in one week is definitely illness, not fat gain. Sighs...wonder where I got the gluten, was it the rental car full of crumbs? Was it the cup of tea at the mall? Was it kissing my daughter on the cheek after she ate a sandwich, who knows? If anyone else out there has Celiac and deals with this problem and has a solution, let me know.
