Have not been doing well. Can't control my carb cravings. I eat the veggies but I need some chips, frys etc.. The week-ends aren't good either. Try to do better. Mom and dad are coming to visit tomorrow and bringing Pizza Hut pizza and I won't say no. I won't have to cook dinner:) I will have to walk more.
