Aww that's rough. I hope you can recover smoothly as you move forward. It seems common for a lot of people to have seasons where they're overeating...especially now while so many people are stuck at home and feeling isolated and bored and stressed. But you can definitely overcome the binge eating. Just be patient with yourself and treat yourself with kindness. Don't interact with yourself in a different way than you would with your best friend. It'll only hurt you and make things worse to deal with. You can do this!!
