It was truly a busy summer. My daughter's wedding then a trip to Scotland. I managed to walk 53 miles in 5 days. I'm still following the BFC, just not tracking calories as closely. My weight keeps fluctuating 5 pounds more or less. I can't seem to get below 145. It's a bit frustrating. I need to increase my exercise, I guess. Wonder if anyone else has any suggestions?
