My hubby and I are on day 1 of our Eating-for-Life/Body & Health Makeover Challenge. We're committing to:

1. Stick to this plan for 12 weeks (yay! done before Christmas!)

2. Eat 5-6 times per day.

3. Eat protein, complex carbs, and fruits & veggies at each meal.

4. Drink water.

5. Give up junk food and alcohol.

6. Work out every day.

7. Have a "free" day where we give ourselves permission to skip working out and eat something naughty no more than once a week. (Thanksgiving is in there, after all!)

8. Take before & after pictures.
