post weekend so official start to the diet! Had a shock when I discovered even with skimmed milk a cup of tea has 70 cals! Cut down on the hot drinks me thinks. I now need to start an exercise plan, any ideas for easy exercises for someone who is in no way fit and strapped for cash?
