Well fatsecret, I thought Organic foods were supposed to be good for you? Negative!!! They have almost double the mg of sodium & tons more calories... What a rip off!!!!!

It depends on the organic foods you are eating. Some organic fruits and veggies don't contain the pesticides that regular ones do, so its healthier to eat them. You have to do your research and see what is the best buy.
