I'm so excited about the 30 lbs in 30 days challenge that is starting this Monday. I'm going shopping this weekend to stock up on low-carb foods and I'm going to adding a personal trainer to my mix for one workout a week. I'm already doing Zumba twice a week and strength and core training twice a week, on top of gym workouts about 3-4 times a week so hopefully the trainer will bring everything together.
