yeah, just started this here fat secret and it is definetly a secret as to how many calories i am eating. Kinda Scary. No wonder why i have gained 33 pounds over the 6 years i have been out of high school. going to do better and this should help! WHOO HOO!

I use the app on my mobile phone to record meals. It makes you realise how much unnecessary calories we consume daily. I use the barcode scan functionality on my phone. It's awesome!

yes my friend has that on her phone too, but unfortunetly my phone doesn't do that. Luckily for me i don't venture to far from "my usual food" so i think after i have used the calorie counter for a while i will pretty much know what i need to eat and what i don't need to eat.
