My first 'in the red' day today. Went out to the Royal Norfolk Show for the first time ever.Lovely lovely day and the sun stayed out fantastic all day....until I returned home.Saw some very huge bulls, along with sheep, goats, pigs and even ferretts, chicks and birds of prey. Lots of good stalls and some HUGE tractors and other machinery. Watched the quad bike stunt guys, the horses doing their thing and bought a couple of large Foccacia's. One of which I ate for tea which zoomed my calorie limit up and over. On the upside, I walked 12-13 miles today, for all you guys that measure in km that is 19.3-20.9km. Walked there and back and around the showground. Still parts I didn't get to see.It was immense! I'm hoping the amount of exercise will help with the calorie overload. Certainly shall feel it tomorrow.
