I have not filled out my diet journal properly this evening as I struggled to input it/find the req info.
As it's pay day I always have a payday Chinese meal.This way I have a goal to get to my 'cheat' meal.Once a month.Although I will suffer for it, it does help to have it each payday.So what exactly did I have you ask.Well, I had a half a plastic tub of Chicken Chow Mein, half a small foil tub of Egg Fried Rice, half a portion of chips and half a large Spring Roll.And what did I do with the other half? don't panic I am not saving it for breakfast in the morning. ;-) A mate had it.There was a lot so it could be delivered.So payday takeaway gone! Must be time to work it off.Day off work tomorrow.
