Just returned from grocery shopping. I'm anxious to see what the scales will show on Saturday. I stopped doing daily weigh-ins and started focusing more on exercise and eating better. Of course my neighbor is bummed out that I opted out on alcoholic drinks today at pool time. Sorry friend....water or iced tea only for me. Those beers have WAY too many calories.
