Good day so far. It's only 3:30pm and I've been very good about being conscious of my eating, what I'm eating, and when I'm eating. Days off tend to wreck havoc on my eating plans.
I just thought of something. I don't want to use the word "diet." I think eating plan sounds more neutral. I have had such bad experiences with diets. But when I counted calories before, I lost so much weight! And nothing was off limits. I just preferred to eat high fiber/grilled/fresh foods. No more diet talk. Positive reinforcement.
