Hallo temen"semuanya ☺
Terima kasih atas supportnya, maaf aku jarang post menu makanku sehari" karna emg stiap hari itu"aja, tergantung stock
Skrng aku makan sekitar di 1500kcal,
Pagi : Buah + oatmeal + telur / roti gandum + telur + buah
Siang : Ubi + ayam / ikan + tahu/ tempe + sayur
Sore jm 5/6 : Kyk siang tanpa ubi
Snack : 2-3x hehe (buah/biskuit gandum/roti gandum/kacang almond)

Olahraga cuma di rumah aja, emi wong sama chloe ting itu yg abs, sma sskali aerobik ngikut youtube juga hehe cuma 15-30 mnt 😉
