The heat and humidity continue here with a vengeance! This makes for a very cranky me. Oh well! That equates to me eating little amounts and drinking lots of fluids. I have now gotten to the point that I take a crystal light single serving pack and make it do for two 650ml bottles of water. It's deluted and some think it's nasty but guess what I do not care! Anyways yesterday the heat was oppressive so I stayed in doors and did things are the apartment. I actually wrote up a task list and completed the entire thing! Yep it was all accomplished. I even managed a very short walk which honestly was a mistake because once outside I truly felt like getting sick. Needless to say it is going to be one hell of a summer. Although it should be good diet weather, now that I know the things I definately have to avoid! :D

That's a lot of water. I'm working on my intake as well. I swear most of the weight I gained back is bloat from bad diet, but I can't be certain until I am consistant for a few weeks. Oh well. Anyways, hope the weather improves and you can be outside more! Hugs!

Thanks ladies!!! Still drinking, it's probably the only thing keeping me going in this heat! But OMG when I have to pee I have to pee.. May need to look for fashionable depends soon!! Lmfao!
