oatmeal 50G. kohis wortel masing2 20g. telor 1. daun bawang 10G.
oatmeal seduh dengan air panas agak kental sajaa. tambahin telor dan daun bawang kasih garam himalaya secukupnya. terus campur dwngam sayuran. goreng dengan margarin agar tidak lengket. atau pakai teplon anti lengket. margarinya cukup 20g saja itu juga nggak semuanya kepake.
