@adindputri19 Tb 162 mbak, awal diet 3 bulan turun 11kg, Bb sempat naik lg karna ga konsisten. Trus alhamdulillah back on track lagi turun jadi 57kg. Semangaaat yuk🤗

@pandasugar kalo sarapan biasanya aku jarakin 2 jam setelah bangun pagi. Aku suka bikin pancakes oat pisang sih sama minum air putih 600ml seukuran botol le miner*l😄
