Well off my diet today, 2 egg bagels, an a piece of vanilla cake (7 inch store bought cake). I made shredded beef enchilada smothered in cheddar cheese for dinner tonight. Didn't work on the shed are yard today, as I just feel so cold today. This weather change the last two days is not helpful when your cooped up inside.

Also, we resupplied at Shop-Rite today. I literally got the last dozen eggs. No chicken in the store at all. Most shelves are bare. I think this makes people nuts as you end up buying anything. Not to mention the food prices are way up. Guess it is okay for the grocery stores to engage in profiteering.

This month has reminded me of when I grew up 55 years ago we had what was know as the "Blue Law" nothing open except Church, Gas Station and Food Store's" Except nowadays the church's are closed. We used to go to the State Parks or the Auction for something to do. You can't do that either. I know what the government is doing is for all of our own good. However it is like being in home prison.

Anyway enough of the Woe is me stuff. I do hope everyone is doing well eating okay and staying Virus free.

Food stores that price gouge are supposed to be reported to the police. If you feel they have raised prices specifically due to the pandemic, feel free to report it.
