Total inches lost after a full month on Atkins.

Seeing the difference. Feeling the difference. LOVING the difference!! Arms: lost 1 inch total
Chest: lost 3.5 inches total
Belly: lost a whopping 5.5 inches total
Hips: lost 3.5 inches total
Thighs: lost 1.5 inches total

Grand total lost in the first month: 15 inches!!! Woo hoo!
Grand total of weight lost in first month: 22 pounds.

I am a very happy girl. Progress is goooooood!
98.4 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
