Just a quick pic to back up my earlier journal entry. In 22 months I’ve managed to lose almost 18st. It’s been a journey off denial and determination coupled with self loathing at what a mess I’d let myself become. ☹️ I don’t want to lose anymore weight but it’s difficult to change my new formed eating habits. Stay safe friends

George, what I find works with maintaining is eat healthy during the week then weekend have cheeky naughty treats. 😘❤️

Thanks Peat and Bubblechum, I bought some dried apricots, a packet of almonds, some sugar free dark chocolate and a ltr off unsweetened almond milk so along with some pineapple I’m off to make a smoothie. Pure rock n roll kids !! 😂

Hi peat, look it’s George, not the name FS gave me. I miss my treats also, I don’t have a particularly sweet tooth but I miss chocolate, not as much as cheese, crisps, peanuts, Chinese carry outs, beer, Jack Daniels, beer, beer and oh,,, I really miss beer, did I mention that? 😂 🍻
