Not feeling it today. I'm tired. Sluggish. Generally not my usual self. This started last night and I didn't even have the stamina to walk as I usually do. I hope this passes quickly.

Same thing happened to me during first week of induction. Drink one cup of full sodium chicken broth in the morning and again in the afternoon. You'll be shocked how well this works

Thanks, Carbwho. I drank one cup of beef broth this morning... will have another shortly. I figured I have have an imbalance somewhere.
