We have no ac in our house it broke sometime yesterday and it is over 80 degrees in our house and freaking humid.. I screwed the pooch on the perfect week and we went out to dinner so I would not have to cook and heat up the house even more. :P I also went over calories by about 300.. but I will press on as if this had never happened. :)Maybe I will even ride my bike an extra day to make up for my calorie lapse today. :)

ps.. I dont feel bad about going out to dinner.. it is really hot and I am really not in the mood to stand over a stove or anywhere near an oven. Sadly the weather channel says it is 84 right now and will be 79 at 8pm and the coldest it is supposed to get is 71 to night.. so it wont help to open the windows until 8pm. :P But tomorrow it is going to be cooler.. so yay!

Im glad you don't feel bad about going out to dinner....I beat myself up too when I go over but you didn't totally mess up and you seem determined to get right back on track so good for you!

I think we have to give ourselves cheat days, if not I would not be able to do this at all! I have tried to restrict myself completely and in the long run I ended up going ape-sh!t as some people would say to make up for all of the deprivation!
