seminggu kemarin lg malas planning meal dan snack. lelah rasanya mikir ini itu. alhamdulillah meskipun makan ga sampe target TDEE makan slalu diatas BMR jd BB blm turun dibawah 40. moga minggu ini semangat lg 😊
