Hi Tosh, when I get like that I do intermittent fasting. I know it's very frustrating for JC and me too. I try doing intermittent fasting and just staying on protein and it seems to help break through the plateau.

I went through that too! But once you break that 180 barrier, the weight will fall off faster. Right now your body is fighting with you to stay around 185. If you can round up enough will power, the intermittent fasting will work.

Die HARD n skinnymini thank u for your reply that makes perfect sense my body fighting with me haha it's so weird but I agree, n yes I've dont plenty of fasting and rn I have zero motivation to fast for days like I've done No way in hell rn that's going to happen my body is putting up a hell of a fight. But short term intermittent fast I can do n have been doing but not regularly and I can muster that right now. thanks for the little words of wisdom makes a hell of a difference n that's what I was looking for when I bbn posted I am actually down to 184.8rn and I will be skipping din din lol ☺️
