I've become such a fan of oat bowls. I still don't understand why I didn't jump on this train earlier. So healthy and fulfilling.

I find that it is quite hard on my digestive system (I think my body has difficulty digesting oats for some reason) so I can only eat it every other day - but despite it upsetting my stomach, if I space it out then I am mostly OK and I totally am here for it. I do overnight oats with chia seeds and honey 🌸

I also space it out. I think what helps for me is drinking my more water on the days I do eat it because I am enjoying all the variations I can make with it.
