I'm pretty sure I irritated Angel today. It's my fourth bootcamp session, and I am still so weak. Things that I used to do without a hitch are now difficult, and I get frustrated. When, oh when, can I seriously kick some butt? And yet when Angel turns to me today and asks me to please demonstrate how to do side planks or half moons, I try to give her the stare-down, which doesn't work. She just assumes I'm deaf and "requests" in a more forceful, louder voice: "Joanne! I SAID DO SIDE PLANKS!" Ugh. Up I go, shaking like an over-tall mound of jello. No, no bueno. I can barely do it for ten seconds.

This is a very busy week. I had staff development after school yesterday, bootcamp today, tutorials tomorrow, and then bootcamp Thursday.

What is it with me? Why so slow to get back into the groove of things? Two months ago, I was on that treadmill 30 minutes straight, no problem. Today I can barely run for 2 minutes.
