Mulai catet BB di kisaran 55 bulan Mei, ternyata Desember udah 60 karena gak catet lagi. So, butuh sekian bulan buat beratku naik 5kg. nimbun aja butuh proses, kalau buat turun juga butuh proses berarti normal.. Yuk semangattr memangkas 5kg itu
