New to FS, have been using Noom last couple years and am down from 200 lbs. Have been in limbo for quite awhile now and need a change I think, to reach my goal. A new motivation. 🌞
67.0 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
