Such a busy busy day today. Got up early to go to the Dr's and then errands and visiting my husband's grandfather. Came home and was prepping a quilt to be sewn and studying. ALMOST forgot to do my 5 minutes on the elliptical and my 10 lower ab lifts. I remembered at 10:30 pm and did it! No excuses. I am loving the fact that I can stay between 4.6 and 5.0 speed on the machine.
Very hungry right now as I didn't get a chance to eat a snack. I am doing a fasting blood workup tomorrow, so can't eat anything.

Oh very proud of the fact that I went out to eat today with my husband and I estimated the calories and at until I was content and didn't go overboard. I didn't deny myself anything but I didn't over do the calories. The nurse at the dr's office recorded my weight, clothes on, shoes off at 191. I am so happy. I have good support from my husband who is also eating smaller portions. (He can definitely eat more calories than me and has a much faster metabolism).
Another thing my blood work is testing is my thyroid. I have hypothyroidism in my family and it is good to check.
