I'm in the middle of Phase 4. On Saturday I woke up at 147lb and that afternoon I had ICE CREAM for the first time in forever! Sunday morning I expected the scale to have gone up a little, I wasn't worried. But to my surprise the scale read 145lbs!!! I'm back up today, but it's so cool to know that P4 is working!! I love this weight loss journey I'm on. :)
