Hello there, Had another busy day today. I got up in the AM and did my exercise video then got the kids off for school. I had to take a friend for tests to the hospital then we stopped for breakfast. I had eggs toast, bacon and home fries... What was I thinking????? I could have definately made a better choice there. Then I came home and snacked on wheat thins and hummus. I think I will stick to a bowl of veggie soup for dinner. I can't afford much more... I have to record my food and see what points are left if any.
I am going out with my husband tomorrow for my night out. We are having dinner at the Cheesecake factory and then we will go see Wicked at the Benedum in Pittsburgh. I can't wait and I will get up and go to Curves in the AM. I will also have to keep points very low earlier in the day so that I can save up for dinner.
Well, I will go now and see how many points I blew out the window today. I am dissapointed in myself for my selections at breakfast.
Oh yeah, by the way I took the advice of Evelyn and started on the heavy vitamin C and Zinc lozenges. I had a horrible headach all night long, but today I feel good. I am hoping that I have headed it off!!!
