My calories and RDI must be off, as I am not losing nearly as much weight as expected given the calories recorded (I've recorded everything, but using American brands for some of the items). I don't think that I've been forgetting to include items and am trying to err on the side of 'bigger portion'. But the calorie deficit on the website suggests much more weight loss than what has materialised. I nkow that I am retaining water like crazy right now too (that time o' the month but this upcoming week should be more stable).
I really hope that I can continue to do what I'm doing now (cutting most but not all crap, increasing exercise, cutting booze) and then get the results I want (lose 1-2 lbs per week and get more toned). I'll be bummed if I don't lose weight doing what I'm doing now. But I'm eating bread and some sugar and a lot of fat, so there is a lot of room for improvement. LOL.
