Want to give this website a try. Someone posted about it on Walker Tracker, and here I am. I would like to lose about 70 pounds to get back to where I was before my car accident (and no I'm not blaming it on that).
I went for a walk this morning before I came to work. I like to just walk around my neighborhood, especially at 7:30 in the morning before it gets hot. The walk was about 20 min and a little more than a mile long. While I was walking I started to go a different way to get home quicker (which I think would mean I would have taken a short cut!), but I didn't, I started heading that way and then turned around and went the whole loop.
I did the same walk yesterday and I hope to do that every morning before work when I come into the office (which means that it should happen at least 3 mornings a week).
As for now, I'm about to have lunch in a bit. Some left over spaghetti, which was measured out last night. :) Have some things to do at the office before I go home in a few hours, so back to that I go.
