I was ecstatic today, I stepped on the scale and saw that I had finally broke the 180 mark. I worked out like a mad man yesterday though. Very upset for being stuck at 180 for a couple of weeks, I made it though!
81.3 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
