Keep your chin up...I too am sick and have been for over a week and it sucks, but if you concentrate on what you are eating and do it the healthy way you might get better quicker! The exercise will come when you get better, right now try to concentrate on what you are eating and getting better! Kimmyj1006 is so right, you don't want to make it worse on yourself. Hang in there though, you are doing great!
