Ok, these a.m. workouts are not for me. Got up and got a half hour on the tread in this morning but it was NOT GOOD!! I lacked energy and intensity and had to force my way through it where as at night, all though I dont feel like working out, once into it I BRING IT. So although its suggested that you workout in the a.m. I think im gonna have to go back to my nightly workouts, oh well i tried!!!
