Well terrible day yesterday! Actually the last several days. Between my knee hurting (think I torn my meniscus... again!) plus the arthritis in the knees and one wrist. I haven't been taking any ibuprofen as the CDC says it actually weakens the immune system (not something I want to do with the virus going around) I been suffering. My comfort has always been food so guess what I have been eating all of my standby comfort foods. Result put on 4.5 pounds in about a week and half. So I was finally able to get some alieve at the store yesterday and starting taking that. Hopefully it will actually work and relieve the pain.

Anyway will try to get the calories under control today.
