Ok, so I've given up trying to do the detox...its a busy week with at least one more meal out this week. Am going to try and take it easy, however I'm just too easily tempted. I'm still off caffeen - which hasn't had as much of an impact as I had expected. Lots and lots of fruit and veggies - I'm sure I'll start to see a difference soon. Not doing so well with the exercise routine this week - again, busy. Trying to work up the enthusiasm to go this evening - depends on traffic and what time I get in. Will hopefully manage 5k run, but my legs still hurt quite a lot. I'm sure I can push through it though - so I am willing to try!
Got a new outfit for the gym on sunday - even that isn't enough to make me want to go!!
