I am actually currently not on any diet.

I run a full time business plus work a full time job, so I'm always on the go! Usually working 90+ - 100hour a week!

I am always stressed out, & low on energy, so I eat a LOT of sugar & a lot of fast food.

I'd really like to get healthier & feel better about myself.
