Today was a much better result for me, I am not going to weigh again until Sunday morning. I wasn't eating lunch at work, which seemed like it made me go in to a mode where I was losing less weight.
81.7 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
