Someday I will learn that starting and stopping is NOT the way to do this right. If I can get it through my head that continuing is so much easier, I will be much better off.
I'm in a wedding at the end of the month and my dress doesn't fit. It's already a full SIZE larger than my wedding dress was, so I can only imagine what the scale will tell me. Today starts tracking what I'm eating, and Monday I'll be off to the YMCA. Last year, I lost 10lbs, and a million inches (it felt like) in a little over a month, so I know I can do it, and do it right. Here's to starting over.
