There was not a whole lot of eating done by me yesterday. I did make up for it in fluids though. So that was a good thing. Also made it to the library and spent some extra time there. I actually found a book called " overcoming anxiety for dummies". It's filled with alittle of everything.
Today starts the challenge but I'll probably weigh in tomorrow. I can handle seeing the numbers on the scale but not the measuring tape. So I am going to use some of my summer clothes that have become too tight to wear as my "tape" so to speak.
The mistakes made yesterday, are lessons learned today.
