I think this will be the first time I’ve ever lost weight during a period. It feels like I have, anyway. I’ll check in a day or two when the monthly bloating/water retention has subsided. 😂

If I find that I have lost weight, then this could very well be the weight-loss answer I’ve been looking for all my life. (Please let it be.) ☺️
