Walked 6.55 yesterday...today goal is 7..walk 3.5 out then of necessity one must walk 3.5 back..or catch a cab...goal is to prepare for half marathon in Mt. Dora here in Florida on 12-20-20..have done 4 of them..will be 72 then...eek...but no alternative...goal this year...stay well, help others stay well....stay the hell off a ventilator.. and weigh 113 by 12-20-20...food plan is vegan, no flour, no sugar and fat free..or no added fat...good luck all out there...these are challenging times..stick with the science friends...
