BACK!!!! from vacation and it was great, (except for the other couple that went with us tha bitched about everything) I had great food (obviously I gained like 7 lbs) Iam not recording it yet cause my its my first day back and I just want my system to get back on track. But I did somewhat keep up my workouts. I did 1.5 run on the upper deck of the ship, a two mile run on the treadmill and a 2-2.5 mile walk on the beach with my guy. Plus walked and walked around everywhere. I also got to go rock climbing which was awesome and a great workout, did a zip line and repelling, snorkling and playing with the stingrays. Plus we never never took the elevator we always took the stairs,and our room was on the 10th floor. Well back to my routine, and looking to drop as much as possible by the holidays. And PS I dont regret the weight gain in the least bit I had fun and thats what lifes about.
