Yesterday was just an awesome day! Now food and diet wise it was not the best but regardless of that it was just so awesome. I drove with my roommates to Carowinds amusement park in South Carolina and on the border of North Carolina. There we met up with two of our favorite people and spent the day riding roller coasters playing games and seeing shows. It was just the best day. We did our darnedest to eat alright while there but of course we had pizza for lunch and then went out to dinner. I only had two pieces of pizza and when we out to dinner I did pretty well. I only went over my daily calories by 400 calories. But when you take into account all of the walking we did all day I don't feel so bad about that. It was worth it to be able to see some greatly missed friends and have a blast with my favorite people.I'm still doing insanity but where we were gone all day yesterday we moved Saturdays workout to today. So wish me luck.

Awesome job! Even if you can't do as much in the workout today, keep in mind how exhausted you are from the park and come back swinging for pure cardio tomorrow!
