okay so yesterday I woke up made breakfast and just chilled around the house until it was tome to work out. (boring) I'm thinking of incorporating a walk or jog in the morning along with my insanity work out in the afternoon. Just to get me up and moving more than once a day.It seems like all I do is eat sleep and work out. It's getting a little boring. Not my work outs but my day is kinda empty. On the bright side I'm feeling good I'm already starting to just feel healthy. I've also lost some weight this week we will see just how much on Sunday.Although I might be moving my weight in day around a little. I'm not sure yet.Hope you all are doing well. Dig Deep :D

I think starting off with a walk sounds like a good idea, to warm up your legs and do a little dynamic stretching :) I get to walk a little bit when I go to work, and it really helps when workout time comes around! DIG DEEP!
