No change. Im not sticking to induction AT ALL. Im so bored with the food choices! I guess Im going to be doing the Carb Addicts WOE again until I get myself together. But Im 127..so life isnt terrible :)

57.6 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg. Still to go: 0.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
