Well, it is Sunday and even though I allow myself to relax A LITTLE on Saturdays I stayed on target. I like it when I have a lot of my extra points left over on the weekend. Saturday is my last day of the week but is also my weigh in day. It really works well for me that way. Course, if I have an eating function during the week I use my extra points.
Hope everyone has a successful week. I'm going to be a stickler. So far, no food challenges are scheduled this week.
